# TBT to about two years after my first son was born and today on the right as my second son turns one next month. It's been harder to find time for myself with two kids but I do what I can when I can, doing my best not to miss a moment of this special time in our lives when our kids are so little. You mom's with multiples impress the heck out of me!! I'm still breastfeeding at this point and not counting calories. I've been working on a project doing all my exercises at home ... and I've either done periods of intermittent fasting, only eating between noon and 8 PM or I've just focused on eating good wholesome foods, alternating days with and without grains to see how I feel. None of these methods have affected my milk supply because I'm eating when I'm hungry but I will say, my body definitely functions better with grains than without. We all have to find what works for us. To all of you mamas doing your best to take care of yourself and everyone else, chest bump because you rock!!
